SITE VISIT
A site visit of your home/apartment is required in order to assess and determine the estimated time to clean based on the condition and size of it and to also determine.

*If additional hours are needed (outside of the minimum 4 hours booking time), the hourly rate for the service will be applied thereafter.* *The number of cleaning technicians needed to perform the required tasks.*(We do not bill per cleaning tech)
*Note: Any additional tasks or services requested, that falls outside of the enlisted tasks in each cleaning category- will incur additional costs. What our services include; All our services include; Qualified Cleaning Techs (Labor), Cleaning supplies & Products and any equipment required to carry-out the service.*
***3 or more services provided in a month we offer a 5% discount of the total invoiced amount.***
Allergy Notification: Please advise if you or anyone in your home have an allergy to any essential oils? i.e., Eucalyptus, Lemon, Lavender, Citrus/Orange, Mint oils.
